The Development of 95 Luxury Apartments Begins at Loom Wharf

Work has recently started on the development of 95 luxury apartments at Loom Wharf. The North West’s most exciting residential development for some time, our team of builders has been working closely with architects architecture:m to restore and convert an old, disused mill into a modern, residential complex.

The Mather Lane Mill was built in 1882 and is a grade II listed building. Originally designed as a cotton mill, it has seen numerous design changes over the years. The current restoration project will consist of five levels of apartments, gym facilities, and a basement car park. Stylish apartments have long been needed in Wigan, and it is hoped that the luxury apartments created at Loom Wharf will be just what the town needs. They will help to regenerate the area by providing luxury living accommodation within walking distance of the town centre.

Our builders will be paying careful attention to the windows, stonework and aesthetics of the building. It is our hope that we will be able to retain the classic design of the building, whilst ensuring all of the properties housed within are as luxurious as possible. It is certainly a big project, but one that we are excited to see unfold.
